1. Services Provided

Fresh Flame provides professional grill cleaning and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients. Our services include, but are not limited to, cleaning grills, inspecting grills for damage, and performing minor repairs if requested. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services at our discretion.

2. Booking & Appointments

To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Fresh Flame. You can book a service via our website or by contacting us directly.

3. Pricing and Payment

The prices for our services are listed on our website or will be provided upon request. Prices may vary depending on the type of service, grill size, and other factors. All payments are due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit cards, checks, Zelle or cash.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring a fee. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of $25.

5. Access to Property

​

You agree to provide access to the grill and the location where the cleaning will take place at the scheduled time of service. If access to the location is restricted or the grill cannot be cleaned for any reason, we may charge a fee for the visit.

6. Customer Responsibilities

​

  • Ensure that the grill is turned off and cool before our technicians arrive.

  • Remove any personal items or obstacles around the grill that may hinder cleaning.

  • Inform us of any specific concerns or requests related to the cleaning process.

 

7. Liability

​

While we take reasonable care in performing our services, Fresh Flame is not liable for any damage to the grill or property unless it is a result of our negligence. We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues with the grill, including mechanical, electrical, or other damages that may be discovered during the cleaning process.

8. Service Guarantee

​

We strive to provide high-quality grill cleaning services. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 3 days, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns or offer a refund or re-cleaning.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Website Use
